“I recently upgraded from the jbl 3.1 and so far it has been a huge letdown. The bass is less than half as strong, even when turned all the way up. I was told it would be a significant upgrade. Can anyone help? Or should I return & go with a diff. company”

I upgraded from the 2.1 and it is a big upgrade. Be sure to use the subwoofer level button on the remote control. You can set the bass with the remote. That’s the only way to turn the bass up or down. Adjustment goes 1-5 with 5 being the most.
