I could not return it as UPS in my state except only the air return label (battery HAZMAT sticker on the box). Best Buy provided only ground return stickers, and after several phone conversations with agents, they failed to provide a proper return label. My impression was that they were waiting for the return period to expire, which did at the end. I had to call VISA to get my money back. Very disappointing experience with BestBuy.
