• Hello! Yes you could but we do not recommend using car speakers as your home speakers. This is because car speakers have lower impedance rating compared to home speakers. It will damage both the amplifier and your speakers.

• Yes, for a short period of time but these are 2.5 Ohm speakers. they will overdrive the amp, which are designed for 8 ohm speakers, and will quite (most likely) burn up your amp.
