Try using a different source, e.g., (phone, tablet) and connect via Bluetooth for us to check if the sound of the soundbar would still be the same. 2.Try watching or playing music from different sources, e.g., (Netflix, YouTube, cable box). 3.0 Try connecting the soundbar to a different TV to check the audio. 4. Please make sure that the audio settings of your TV are set to Bitstream. If you need more help, please reach out to our Customer Support.

• Seperate unit and put the two removable halves behind you and that should take care of the problem!
