“We have a Samsung Q90 tv. We bought a JBL 9.2 sound bar approximately 2 months ago. When it was hooked up everything was perfect. About 2 weeks ago, we can’t can’t sound from the sound bar. We have done everything possible and performed all steps.”

I also have a Q90A... read there are some issues with these two products and their connectivity. I don't want to spend $1,000 for a soundbar that does not work with my TV. Any updates on this???
