“I love the sound of these speakers with streaming music from my phone via Bluetooth. However, I am using a DISH satellite with connected to the Samsung TV and the sound isn't as loud . What am I doing wrong?”

Tony, It sounds like your Samsung TV is still trying to use the sound from its own internal speakers. On you TV use the remote to change the source from original Coax or HDMI input to the new HDMI input to the soundbar. You will then need to use the small remote that came with the soundbar to adjust the volume. And you can always call BestBuy Geek Squad. Enjoy.
