When I connect using the aux cord it doesn’t work :( null

Please try connecting your speaker with another audio source (eg. another phone or computer) or try using a different aux cord and see if that makes a difference. We would like to work with you directly to help you with your issue so we can also check your amp and compare it with what's on our photos. If you brought it into water or spilled water on it without the safety cap fully sealed it may have damaged the aux cord input via shorting out otherwise you may just have a bad aux cord or bad aux input on your device.
