On the back of the speaker there is a rubber panel that you can pull open
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you are asking how to plug the unit in to be charged, then do this ... the speaker came with an orange box and USB cable! On the rear of the unit, there is a cover that you open from the top! You will see 3 connection points ... plug the small end of the USB into the middle connection point. Then plug the other end into the orange charger box and pull out the ac plug that is hinged to the box and plug it in! When you do this, you will see a series of 5 lights in front at the bottom of the speaker ... these will light up left to right as the unit is charging! When all of the lights no longer blink, the unit is completely charged! ... I hope this helps!
