Please try connecting your speaker with another audio source (eg. another phone or computer) or try using a different aux cord and see if that makes a difference. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you brought it into water or spilled water on it without the safety cap fully sealed it may have damaged the aux cord input via shorting out otherwise you may just have a bad aux cord or bad aux input on your device.
