• No they cannot. The Charge 4 only uses bluetooth while the Link 20 uses the Wifi.

• Dont really know simply cause I dont have a link. But I dont think you would be able to because it's a wifi speaker and the charge 4 is not. But it can like up with every speaker that is not a wifi speaker
