It all started with Apple when they stopped including iPhone chargers in 2020 to reduce "e-waste." Step one: Monkey see. Step two: Monkey do. Step 3: Profit & greed. Same with charging a monthly "subscription fee" for everything now. Blame Salesforce and Adobe for that.

In efforts to reduce the environmental impact of our electronic equipment, we decided to remove the charging cable in our newest models as most consumers already have them in their homes that they can use to charge our portable speakers.
