Our JBL Charge 5 has a light indicator strip in the lower center of the front of the speaker. When the Whole Bar Lights are Solid, Charging is Close to Finished and the device will stop charging.

There’s a light indicator near the bottom that fills up as it’s charging

When fully charged, the battery indicator light on the front will be full and it will quit charging.
