Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It appears that the subwoofer is connected yet no sound. Let's reconnect the subwoofer. First, power off the soundbar and hold the pairing button on the subwoofer until the light blinks rapidly, then turn the soundbar back on. If the connection isn't established, perform a power cycle by unplugging both the soundbar and subwoofer for 20 seconds. Once you plug them back in, the units should sync; however, if the light continues to blink slowly or disappears, it indicates the pairing was unsuccessful. If the steps don't work, you may contact our customer support for further assistance.
