• A:Answer Thanks for your question. Generally, when you connect a soundbar, like the JBL Cinema SB570, to your TV using an HDMI cable through the ARC/eARC ports, the TV will automatically recognize it as the default audio output device. If your TV also has CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) enabled, you can use a single remote (either the TV's or the soundbar's) to control both devices' power and volume.

Q: QuestionJust bought the JBL SB570 3.1 model. Plugged it all in, sound bar works fine, but the subwoofer doesn’t do anything. It shows a solid orange light on the back. No sound coming from it.

• A:Answer Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It appears that the subwoofer is connected yet no sound. Let's reconnect the subwoofer. First, power off the soundbar and hold the pairing button on the subwoofer until the light blinks rapidly, then turn the soundbar back on. If the connection isn't established, perform a power cycle by unplugging both the soundbar and subwoofer for 20 seconds. Once you plug them back in, the units should sync; however, if the light continues to blink slowly or disappears, it indicates the pairing was unsuccessful. If the steps don't work, you may contact our customer support for further assistance.

Q: QuestionI just purchased the JBLSB570,and I tried to get it paired to my Samsung 55" Tv,thru Bluetooth, and it wouldn't connect.I don't know why,I followed all the steps it just didn't happen 🙃 for me.So I just use the HDMI(ARC),and I'm okay with that.

Q: QuestionVery confusing model nomenclature. The number might indicate it is a 2.1 channel soundbar with SW but the description calls it a 3.1 channel with SW. Can you confirm what it is exactly?
