It is best to try this with all of the provided ear tip sizes until you find the one that fits to your ears. If you have accomplished a tight seal, but still feel that the volume is imbalanced, try cleaning them. If cleaning doesn’t solve the issue, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem.
