Yes. I run on treadmill in water with them. Water splashes all over the place. Also take some water classes with them as well.

Possibly but i wouldn't recommend that use one of their bluetooth speakers instead.

Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Endurance Peak 3 has an IP code of IP68 which means that it is water resistant to a maximum depth of 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes.
