Don’t feel bad. I’m on my third set of the Endurance Peak (original) earbuds, and they do the same thing. My seller let me return two pairs, but not the third. I’ve done everything that’s suggested because this appears to be an ongoing problem. Still nothing. I doubt JBL will do anything either, as they’ve just come out with Endurance Peak 3. Maybe third design is better? Who knows? I know I’m pretty well fed up with the issue myself.
