“My question is all my earbuds I've bought from best buy have been to big or there not fitting right inside my ear. And other problem is your employees don't know recommend what earbud i can wear. I guess I'm needing a smaller inner earbud.”

Make sure the ear buds are properly installed in your ear. Haven't had that problem.
