You can try resetting your earbuds, and then pairing them to your device again. I would try completely discharge the power to your earbuds and case first, and then recharge both. If this doesn't work I would try to reset the earbuds. 1. Power of your headphones 2. Press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds 3. When the light blinks you should get a notification If this does not work, you may want to contact JBL's support team.
