- Answer Our JBL Endurance Peak is IPX7 rated, which means that you can submerge the unit in water as deep as 3 feet (1 meter) for up to 30 minutes.The waterproofing is for tap water. Please dry the headphones before placing it on the charging case.

Please check the volume of the source you're playing or adjust it using the touchpad. To increase the volume, move your finger up the ridges above the JBL logo on the RIGHT earbud. - Answer you can not, I called JBL directly, plus they have the worst customer service. They just simply will offer you a discount to buy a whole thing again. Even if it breaks after 1 month of owning it.

- Answer They switch to momo mode for calls. I actually like it. It makes phone calls feel more natural and you wont talk too loud to the other person

- Answer Mines does the same things only when I’m at work sometime if I pull out the piece from the box n start it I won’t connect so I have too set it back in the box n turn Bluetooth on then open the box again n put it to my ear n see if it connect... it happen sometimes no worry cld b at gym because maybe too many dead zone or it jus might lose it during ur rep moving to fast... the simple things.

QuestionI like these earbuds, they are sturdy, lightweight and good quality for the price. But I have trouble using the touch controls in the right earbud. I'm trying to raise the volume, but instead I either stop it or pause it. Not sure how to deal with it

- Answer Hold your finger over the side of the right ear piece until it blinks and pairs with your phone. It should work after that. We had an issue at first too. Make sure its fully charged as well. Good luck. Let me know if you have anymore questions
