“How do I know when the case is charged. When I plug it in it blinks white several times then the light turns off. I tried them on after charging them overnight before first use and the app said ear buds were at 80% charged.”

Thanks for your inquiry, the charging case for your JBL Endurance race 2 should emit a blinking light when charging once it's fully charged. The charging case no longer emits any lights. If it's not charging properly your charging cable or charging block may not be powerful enough, we recommend trying different charging cable and block. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact our customer support.
