• Yes they're waterproof, I used them for hour+ workout in the sun then listened to music laying by the pool. They performed well in both cases.

• Yes, they can be used in the water up to 1m depth and for not more than 30 minutes. We recommend to lock the touch control when doing so. To lock the touch control tap once, tap again and hold for 5 seconds in MP3 mode. When the touch screen lock is initiated the LED will blink. To unlock the touch control simply power off and power on the headphones.
