The Reverb and Delay are available for channels 1, 2 & 3 But Not for channel 4, as channel 4 is the Bluetooth channel, no FX's are available for Bluetooth music, I found this and other useful information at https://help.harmanpro.com/ Harman also has live person technical support at 844-776-4899 Option #3 Hope this helps
