“Headphones will not take a charge. No lights come on headphones. The light is on charging cord I have recharged these 3 or 4 time they are year old .Any help”

What you are experiencing with the EVEREST 300 is not normal. To isolate the issue, please try to use a different charging cable and an alternate power source. If you are still having issues, please submit a case at JBL.com/contactus and our Customer Service Team will be glad to assist you.

Same thing happened to mine a year and 3 weeks after purchase. JBL will replace mine with a reconditioned pair with no warranty
