It's connected by either Bluetooth or stereo connector. Bluetooth symbol lights up, you press it and it searches and connects to your device.

You connect via Bluetooth, if you press the Bluetooth button on the Flip it will be recognized by your phone/tablet/computer. When connected the Flip will make a sound and the power button ring will change from white to blue.

While the unit is ON, press and hold the Bluetooth button until it starts blinking. The unit is now in pairing mode and you will be able to find it on your device when you search for Bluetooth devices.
