“If my phone ringer is in silent mode does will it ring through on the speaker? I want to us it in my business for music but when I am with a client I don't want the speaker phone function to work.”

Yes. The speaker will ring and the music stops. I think you can even answer the phone through the speaker. I have not tried that yet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If the phone is on silent mode the music will cut off . No audio will be transmitted to the speaker from the phone. However, there are two ways to accomplish what you want to do. 1. You can go into your Bluetooth settings and select the FLIP 3 settings and select ONLY the Audio option and deselect the Headset option. This will allow you to transmit audio from the phone without phone call interruption. 2. You can set your phone to do not disturb so that it won't ring at all.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When the speaker was connected to my cell. I had a phone call. I had the ringer silenced so it did not ring, but the music shut off. A pop up let me choose whether to use the speaker with the phone call. However the phone call would randomly switch over to speaker phone on it's own in the middle of the call.
