“I purchased a JBL Flip 4 and the battery life is horrible. I have plugged it in and charged it properly for a few hours but the battery life runs out pretty fast, even with it plugged it. Any suggestions?”

• I'd return it and get a replacement--my JBL Flip 4 lasts for days on medium volume (about 2 hours per day of playing time). Hope that's helpful. CK
