Q: QuestionI bought a Flip 4 in Best Buy and after the first charge, using my computer, the flip 4 doesnt work any more. It Is pairing and connecting however does not emit more sound, nor when I turn on the box. I live in Brazil. What can I do?

• A:Answer Try a dedicated USB Charger first (maybe you can borrow one from a friend). Many computer ports do not supply sufficient energy to charge some of the larger batteries properly.

• A:Answer Donna, the other answer to your question was about earbuds. Odd. To answer your question about the Flip 4, you can advance to the next track by double pressing the play button (the sideways triangle). Each double press will advance one track. There is no way, unfortunately, to go back to previous tracks.

Q: Questionhow can one tell if the battery is dead in the flip 4? the speaker will no longer charge. I have taken apart the speaker and see that the battery is easy to remove.
