A:AnswerHi! The speaker has a microphone. It works when connected via Bluetooth. If the phone is connected to the speaker via Aux, the microphone on the speaker would not work.

A:AnswerOverall this speaker is great at it's price. It's very loud with quality sound comparable to that of the beats pill. Every time I break my speaker out my friends enjoy it during party settings or just relaxing. Tho the battery life is around 8 hrs you will need to be cautious about using this as your wake up alarm due to the ability of it dying before the alarm you set in the morning. However if you have it on the charger that night then yes it will make your alarm louder.

i think it's supposed to last like 14hs of playback.. i don't really know and i didn't checked it.. but i use it several hours a day and i recharge it once every 3 or 4 days... you can also use it while charging!
A:AnswerNot without breaking the seals that keep it waterproof. My battery didn't last very long past warranty period. When it failed, it failed completely. I can't even keep it plugged in and turned on. I replaced the battery, but now the Bluetooth doesn't work. It sucks this speaker cost this much then doesn't last very long. Disappointed in JBL. I'll buy another brand. Done with JBL. Support didn't care.
