A:AnswerI have not timed how long it takes to charge but it does have a battery light that can be used to determine if it is fully charged or not. See the light indicator in the image below.

A:AnswerTry to call JBL they will give you support and there’s a way to actually reset the whole speaker I don’t remember how but if you give them a call to help you there really good about it
