I also purchased the JBL and for the money I paid I feel that it's not what I thought it would be . poor quality in yes it does fade in and out .

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello! There will be times that the LEFT ear will disconnect from the RIGHT or (master) earbud. In order to get the Left ear to reconnect, make sure that the RIGHT earbud is on and emitting sound. Take the LEFT ear out of the charging case and put in ear. Press and hold down the power button on the LEFT ear bud for 5-8 seconds. You should hear the power on chime and then both ear buds should emit sound now. If the issue persists, please submit a case request at https://www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service Team will be more than happy to assist you.
