“I have a 180w kicker amp installed on my factory radio, can i put these on my current amp or does it have to run off of the amps it comes with”

It does not come with an amp (I thought it did too). What you see are crossovers, meant to split your HIghs from Mid and Lows; the tweeters will play hights and other speakers will play mid and lows.

Crossovers ensure that the lows run to the woofers and that the highs run to the tweeters. Run the speaker wire from your amp to the + - terminals of the crossover. Then run the tweeters to the tw terminal and the woofers to the wf terminal and everything should be fine.
