Its good to know that you have not bent or dropped the device. Then I think this should be solvable easily. My suggestion is to reconfigure the device. The steps to do that is in the user manual. If you do not have the user manual anymore, may be you can look for one on the JBL headphones official website or on the JBL headphones mobile application. Since, the device is not hampered physically, it should be a software issue, and resetting the device would fix your issue. Hope this helps! :) Have a good one!
