“When I start the Bluetooth on my iPad with the JBL party box 300 it works fine for first half hour. After that I can’t control the volume anymore without turning off Bluetooth and starting again? Same issue with iphone. Any fixes?”

I’ve tried the link I was told to use. It will not open. Also can’t find any trouble shooting link on the website. I tried going to your geek squad and couldn’t go anywhere in there. Any other options? Could you email me a link?
