“Just received mine today. Battery shows fully charged, However it is not working if power cord is disconnected. also volume control is not working. What should be done ?”

Thanks for reaching out. If you're experiencing a short battery issue with your JBL Partybox On-The-Go, we highly suggest charging the speaker overnight to ensure that it will carry a full battery.
