While both speakers are great, has a maximum music playing time of up to 12 hours, and supports our JBL PartyBoost feature, our JBL Pulse 4 has an output power of 20 watts and its Bluetooth version is 4.2 while our JBL Pulse 5 has an output power of 30 watts RMS for Woofer and 10 watts RMS for Tweeter and its Bluetooth version is 5.3.
