“I have the headset in the USB slot on my PS4, it works and the lights turn on. The lights are currently flashing/pulsing in a colour sequence of 4x light blue pulses, followed by 1x purple pulse. And then repeating. Are there supposed to be more colours?”

Our JBL Quantum 400 has an RGB-Lit JBL logo on the earcups. The colors and style of lights can be modified by downloading the JBL Quantum Engine Software on your PC. If you need the software to be downloaded, please visit our website or reach out to our Customer Support.
