Thanks for reaching out. For us to isolate the issue, please try to connect your JBL Tune 130NC TWS to a different device. Also, we recommend doing a reset on your unit. To do this, double tap on the right earbud. Then, on the second tap, press and hold the buds for more than 5 seconds (until the unit shuts off). Please make sure that both earbuds are out of the charging case before doing so. Remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices to pair them again.
