“I was wondering if the earbuds are visible to the bluetooth on your phone if they are in the case. I think I lost them just recently and I was hoping I might be able to track them with a bluetooth scanner. Do they have a signal in the case?”

• They are only visible if the case is open. If it is closed the phone will not connect and can't be tracked.

• The earbuds go on standby/off while in the charging case. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to track it with a BT scanner.
