“It says they are waterproof but I dropped them in a puddle and they quit working. What does waterproof mean for them? Will they work again eventually?”

• They are water resistant. People wear them during workouts (I know zero about this subject) or sweat (I know a lot about this sibject) and they should work under those conditions.

• Our Tune 230NC TWS is IPX4-rated, which means that it is sweatproof (suitable for working out) and can withstand water splashes from any direction. However, the unit is not waterproof and should never be submerged in water.
