“Why can't these stupid earbuds work at the same time. If I wanted one earbud I would buy 1 if I could Why would you so I'm here but for each year when they can't wait at the same time can somebody please explain to me because nobody on the internet seems”

When removing them from the case, grab them by the rubber ear plug, not the body. Touching them on the back of the stem stem will enable only a single.

Please try again later.I was having the same issue,where i would only hear one earbud and i thought they had stopped working already but i unpaired them and paired them and charged them and made them work,ive had them for a couple of weeks and so far have had no issues, earbuds working great
