- Answer You have to have your phone setup to do so, if you have your phone set that way whenever you’re connected to Bluetooth it will read them out , please make sure the settings on your phone are set up to do it

- Answer I don't know what OSHA is, but the noise cancelling on these is very weak. They take out maybe 3% of external noise. You can just detect a difference between noise cancelling on and off, but only just. For all intents and purposes, there is no functional noise cancelling on these.
