- Answer Unfortunately, we cannot track your lost JBL UA Project Rock TWS as it has no GPS device, so we advise you to always put them in their carrying case when not in use.

- Answer I only use one earbud so I don’t know if it makes a difference. My earbud would be off if I left it sitting on my desk for a good while. Hope this answer helps.

- Answer I have a new I phone 12 mini don’t know if that makes a difference Way over 4 meters with no quality problems until you get to about 9 meters they don’t disconnect until your 33ft away from the phone!!

- Answer Our JBL Under Armour Project Rock True Wireless X is not supported by the JBL My Headphones app. You could download and install any third party Equalizer app to adjust the tone.

- Answer Because this is BestBuy.com, not BestBuy.de. Best Buy does not have locations in Germany or ship to countries outside of those their websites are operated in. Best Buy is currently limited to North America. You will need to find an international retailer that will ship to Germany. You will also need to confirm that the earbuds have been released in Germany.
