• They twist off. Just grab the cup and twist left or right.

• You have to twist with one hand the ear cup part counterclockwise while holding the back part of the headphones where it looks like it’s the matted rubber in the other. The ear cup has a sort of strong plastic part connected to the rubber part of the headphones which is part of the removable ear cup.
