You may have to remove the cushions and ensure there's no buildup on the little speakers. I experienced this a couple times.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That's as highest as they go. I agree LG's are way louder.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same problem, I don’t like this product
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately, that is as loud as they go. I forgot to mention that in the review I just posted. I went back to the tones myself.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would maybe wonder if they are defective or if you are not fitting them correctly. Mine on volume 1 notch I could hardly hear someone talk. Half volume was enough to drown out all loud ambient noise. I never turned them higher myself
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I downloaded precise volume app that comes with clarity , bass and loudness boost. Its free the ads aren't horrid. Also volume booster app; you'll have to adjust the settings in app to raise the volume booster up to 100% more volume on top of what you already get. Also if you want even more music boost but only for the music you should buy $7 dowload the app PowerAMP it works only on the music you have dowloaded but its the freatest of greatest apps. I have been using it for 2 years happily spent $7 on it 1 hour after the first hour. I use all of these together to obnoxiously create ridiculous bass with clarity jyst cause i can. You need a perfect set of headphones like "bluedio" V Victory or bluedio u pro. The have 7 drivers or mor in each side of their headphones & they are even loud themselves.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The volume on the source (mobile phone, tablet, laptop, etc) needs to be maxed out as well. If in case that this would not resolve the issue, and that the volume on the headphones is still too low, we would like to work with you directly. Please submit a case request at https://www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service Team will be more than happy to assist you.
