• Nope, that's what ya get.. Wish I had known that before I dropped any cash on them.. Sorry but very weak in my standards for true wireless buds..

• I hear no bass either. Tinny and lame.. Especially for a product called Deep Bass. And I can't connect them to the app to change the bass levels either. Extremely disappointed. Prodigy sounds like a kids xylophone.

• I had that, then I put larger ear peices and they filled up my ear, no leakage. I got much better bass.

• I would try the different ear cushions that are supplied; the right fit for me was with a different size for each ear, determined by comfort and the bass reproduction (which needs almost all outside air to be sealed out). I have no complaints about this product.
