“What is the quality of the radio? Does this have an AC adapter and battery back up?”

• It does have an A/C adapter, and the battery backup is the small coincell type, not a 9V like I'm used to seeing, but does cover both. Quality of the radio is decent, considering it's just a single small speaker, but way better than my 20 year old GE clock radio, which still works, just got sick of seeing it, lol.

• The quality of the radio is fair, not so loud but its ok, yes you can use one battery (CR-2032) to back up the time and date preset.
