Can you hook it up to a receiver? null

Yes if u buy one with an input. I had to because althought the turn table works good the spealers quit after 90 days which is the warenty limit. I went to Frys and bought an amp with speakers, works great. Save yrself some money, buy an amp with speakers and a different turn table.

That will depend on the receiver. This Jensen model features a AUX-INPUT, via a 3.5mm plug, to connect to an external source. If your receiver has a AUX-OUTPUT (3.5mm), then yes, you can hook it up.
