• Forward = Long-press (3 sec… sometimes just a tad longer) the right bud till it chages. Backward = Long-press the left bud till it changes.

• foreward- press and hold right 3 seconds...press left one and hold 3 seconds to track back

• Yes, just tap and hold right bud for two seconds...same to go back to previous song.
