“On incoming calls, will these earbuds announce the caller's name if they are in my contacts or the phone number calling if not in my contacts? I believe this feature is referred to as "caller announce". Can I answer or reject by voice command? Thanks.”

• Hi there, this is a feature that needs be supported by the device you have connected not the earbuds themselves. You can answer and reject calls using the touch sensors on the earbuds. (voice commands will not work) -JLab Audio
